Scott is a native of southeastern Wisconsin, and attended UW-La Crosse, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a concentration in risk management and insurance. After graduation, Scott worked for an insurance company selling benefit packages to small business owners. Scott moved back to the Milwaukee area with his wife Diane in 1993, and settled in Germantown.
Scott started his financial advisory career with Robert W. Baird, where he worked with businesses and individuals, providing full service, individualized investment portfolios. He also helped businesses set up 401K and SIMPLE IRA retirement plans for their employees. He eventually moved to the parent company of Baird, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as an agent advisor. In this capacity, he provided insurance solutions for his individual and small business clients, along with strategic investment solutions. This broad base of knowledge and experience allows him to offer each client personalized solutions designed for their individual situation.
Providing world-class service, along with a focus on client education, allows Scott to build meaningful and long-lasting client relationships. This client- first approach has helped Scott guide his client's retirement planning, and more importantly achieve their life goals and dreams.
Scott is very involved in his community, having served as President of the Germantown Chamber of Commerce and as President of Leadership Germantown. He also helps out as a community volunteer and has coached various youth sports in Germantown. Scott and his wife Diane have two children, Nathan and Jacob, and he is an enthusiastic supporter of their many sports and activities.
